Notes: When Matt Moore released Give It All Away he was ready for all new branding. New logo, new artwork, new merchandise, a new website … a whole branding makeover. For the branding of this album cycle, the goal was to incorporate a grunge look while staying true to a “less is more” aesthetic. I needed to use something subtle and easily manipulated. Dust became my variable. I scanned in all sorts of dust and lint to obtain the texture that set the ‘tone’ and background of all the branding of this album cycle – when all the dust settled, we came up with something we were BOTH excited about!
